My wife and I understand "trendy", and the unwritten rules that come with it, but this is absolutely nuts. We visited TAO Beach Dayclub on as part of the celebration of our 25th anniversary. If you are seeking an authentic and enjoyable experience during your Vegas vacation, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Tao Dayclub and explore alternatives that prioritize honesty, fairness, and a genuine commitment to providing a positive experience for their patrons. Witnessing several individuals being turned away at the door, forced to leave the line due to the unannounced charges, further exposed the lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Tao Dayclub's sudden change in policies, transforming what was promised as free entry into exorbitant fees, felt like a deceptive scam targeting unsuspecting visitors. It is with a sense of obligation to fellow travelers that I issue a cautionary message to anyone contemplating a visit to Tao Dayclub in Las Vegas. Transparency regarding potential charges for late arrivals or venue capacity can help set realistic expectations and prevent such disappointments especially with a large group of people. In the future, I urge all promoters to be forthright and specific when advertising guest lists. Our expectations were not unreasonable we simply wanted to be valued as customers and have our experience respected. However, my encounter with an unhelpful and unidentifiable gentleman further added to the overall disappointment of our experience. Once inside the club, I sought out a higher-level manager in hopes of conveying our ordeal and seeking a resolution. The lack of empathy and assistance from Tao Dayclub's staff left us deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. To our astonishment, a family member became so frustrated that they ultimately paid the exorbitant bill of $500-$600 for our entire group's entry. The significance of Ashley's birthday and our desire to make the day special held no value to them. This sudden reversal not only shattered our expectations but also undermined the trust we had placed in the promoter and the establishment.ĭespite our attempts to reason with the promoter manager and even a security guard, no one seemed willing to understand or address our predicament. Males were now required to pay $80, while females had to pay $20 for entry. Although we had reserved our bed in advance with our favorite TAO Group host - Justin F, some were still available for same day upgrades.
SOFI TUKKER was a Sunday show, so crowds were a little later in arriving, however VIP cabana and bed prices were considerably lower than Friday or Saturday making it easier to hit required minimums even with a group of 4. Every time we returned to our bed from the pool, everything was all organized with our bags hidden, towels and clothing folded, and all the ice and mixers refreshed. Service at the second level daybed section was fantastic. Don’t even bother reading the reviews prior to 2022. The food is beyond normal Dayclub fare, there’s a Balinese feel with plenty of umbrellas and palms for shade, better variety of bed/cabana options, huge restrooms with tons of mirrors for the ladies, and two new round shaped pools with a shallow standing area near the gigantic DJ stand that really improved this venue. This was our second time with VIP bed reservations to the recently renovated TAO Beach Club and it did not disappoint.
